Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust & Safety Investigator with proficiency in Croatian and Serbian to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of our platform. Your expertise will be critical in identifying, investigating, and resolving reports of abuse, fraud, and other violations of our community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess escalated cases for potential policy violations or safety concerns.
- Respond to client and customer inquiries via phone, helpdesk, and live chat.
- Conduct outbound calls during investigations to collect evidence from drivers and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively, especially in critical safety cases, with a high degree of empathy.
- Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client services to deliver efficient support and proactive suggestions.
- Make informed decisions based on analysis, applying established policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Croatian/Serbian (C1/C2) and B2 in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented, and structured environment.
- Capability to make decisions based on rules and policies.
- Passion for helping others achieve results.
- Ability to handle potentially stressful situations with composure.
