We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Advisor fluent in Swedish to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will assist customers by providing outstanding support, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction among our Swedish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities for Customer Support Advisor
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, phone) efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the issue.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies thoroughly.
- Engage in active listening to handle all types of customer inquiries efficiently.
- Work as part of a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Skills Required for Customer Support Advisor Role
- Fluency in Swedish (B2/C1), both oral and written, and proficient in English (B2+).
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to effectively use customer support software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
