Customer Service Agent (German)

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving customer inquiries swiftly and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and troubleshoot issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing feedback and insights from customers to improve service delivery
- Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure effective resolution of queries
- Building and nurturing lasting relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in German and a proficient level of English
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus
- A positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction

- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, covering line operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
- Contract Structure: Initial 2-month training agreement followed by a 1-year full-time contract with a 30-day probation period.
