Key Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Executive
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies and plans for your designated territory.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods such as networking and relationship building.
- CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring all interactions and sales activities are accurately documented.
- Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company's solutions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Market Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to spot opportunities for growth and improve strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
- Sales Meetings and Events: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Value-Based Selling: Implement a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners to maximize sales effectiveness.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1) and professional proficiency in English.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on developing sales strategies and managing multiple sales cycles.
- Tech Sales Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in Tech Sales, particularly in IT/Hardware.
- Account Management: Previous experience as an Account Manager with a strong track record in managing client relationships.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive Calling: Strong phone presence and experience in proactive calling.
