Trade Marketing and Digital Manager

Position Overview
- Analyze market data, competitive landscape, and sales panels to identify growth opportunities. Use these insights to support Key Account Managers (KAM) and Country Managers in developing strategies for International Cookware within the market.
- Develop a robust local action plan in line with the country’s strategy and central recommendations, ensuring alignment with the brand's core values.
- Prepare and participate in client meetings, presenting promotional plans alongside the sales team to support and execute business plans.
- Assist sales teams in developing category management strategies tailored to consumers and distributors, aiming to enhance market share through detailed category analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create an annual promotional calendar, including the development of local products for major French promotions (e.g., Chandeleur) and adapting products as necessary (e.g., packaging).
- Work closely with sales teams to recommend and implement assortment strategies, promotional events, and merchandising plans tailored to customer needs.
- Adapt and tailor product launch plans to meet the needs of individual clients.
- Collaborate on the development of the Food Service business plan and related action plans.
- Participate in product selection for the Food Service category and ensure their integration into key distributor catalogs.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key market players, including prescribers and influencers.
- Develop compelling selling stories and arguments for end users in the Food Service category.
- Adapt and implement the local digital and communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the central ECommerce strategy.
- Create and execute effective merchandising solutions, including POS (Point of Sale) development.
- Assist the sales team in implementing and executing in-store customer plans.
- Develop sales support tools for the sales force, including POS materials, sales pitches, and sales plans.
- Oversee the resale of promotional highlights to the sales force and wholesalers.
- Recommend and monitor the local marketing budget to ensure effective deployment of Trade Marketing actions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, category management, and sales.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is essential.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects with rigor and organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
