Customer Service Advisor with Danish
Join our team and become an essential part of providing outstanding customer service support to our Danish-speaking clientele. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers experience a seamless and positive interaction, resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, personalized, and timely solutions to players, consistently surpassing their expectations.
- Identify and assist players with any issues they may encounter.
- Offer clear explanations to customers about products, website features, policies, promotions, and more.
- Keep customer accounts and details updated with relevant information as needed.
- Guide and support players in responsible gambling practices.
- Work closely with the Fraud and Payments team to address customer inquiries.
- Understand and comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, reporting any suspicious activities.
Key Skills
- Must be a fluent or native Danish speaker with a strong command of English (C1 level), both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
- Experience in customer service, with the ability to listen to customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent listening skills, an empathetic approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to players.
- Strong organizational skills, including punctuality, meeting deadlines, and efficiently accessing accurate information.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to remain calm and positive in high-pressure situations.
- Open to receiving and acting on constructive feedback.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
