Customer Service Advisor with Dutch
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the company’s products.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from current and prospective customers, providing assistance with orders or devices, and resolving any issues.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and Excel to guide customers in resolving technical problems with their appliances.
- In cases requiring further intervention, arrange for technician visits or dispatch spare parts directly to the customer.
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or existing products, engaging in cross-selling and up-selling where appropriate.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, educating customers on the company's products and embodying the brand's values.
Key Skills
- Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and a good command of English for internal communication.
- Must be legally permitted to work in Slovakia and reside within the country.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences across all communication channels (calls, emails, social media).
- Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
Benefits Package
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a rotating schedule (Monday - Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PM), including guaranteed two weekends off per month.
- Work from home if you are located more than 50 km from the office; hybrid options are available for those closer.
- Three weeks of in-office training (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).
