Payroll & HR Project Manager
Job Overview
As a Payroll & HR Project Manager, you will be an integral part of a dedicated Payroll & HR team, consisting of five members. In this role, you will lead and execute various critical tasks and projects that support the smooth operation and continuous improvement of payroll processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of payroll systems from SAGE software to SILAE software.
- Manage the implementation process, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption.
- Conduct continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency.
- Set up and configure payroll in the new system according to organizational requirements.
- Handle 50% of URSSAF controls to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Extract, control, and interpret payroll data for reporting purposes.
- Create and maintain dashboards in Excel and payroll software to monitor key metrics.
- Process payroll for 100 to 150 employees across 5-6 business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Score and control pay slips, ensuring all details are correct.
- Prepare and verify social security charge slips (DSN-DADS) for the relevant business units.
- Manage the administration of employment contracts, sick leave, illness, vacation, and other employee benefits.
- Create and monitor account balances, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare certificates and official letters related to payroll processing.
- Monitor and maintain relationships with external organizations, including URSSAF, PREVOYANCE, and MUTUELLE, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Additional tasks may be assigned based on the evolving needs of the organization and your areas of interest or expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A solid educational background in Payroll, with over 8 years of experience in a payroll role, ideally within a firm.
- Fluency in French.
- Proven experience in payroll migration projects.
- Strong skills in data consolidation and analysis using Power BI and Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of payroll techniques and expert-level proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Mastery of SILAE Payroll software and familiarity with SAGE 100.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and proactive in your approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
