Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Actively promote the company's products and services.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and trust with clients.
- Sales Enhancement: Enhance opportunities for future sales by ensuring clients receive top-tier service at all times.
- Customer Assistance: Support customers through phone, email, and chat, offering detailed product information and resolving issues.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and surpass sales targets and goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet sales objectives.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional extra hours during peak periods.
Skills
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Croatian and B2 level in English or higher.
- Education: Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate or higher.
- Personal Attributes: Hardworking, independent, and resilient with a quick learning ability and a target-driven approach.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive on-site training will be provided.
