Main Responsibilities
- Engage in Product Promotion: Proactively promote the company’s products and services to Slovenian customers.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport with clients by offering outstanding service and maintaining strong communication and interpersonal relationships.
- Enhance Sales Opportunities: Aim to enhance sales prospects through excellent service delivery.
- Provide Customer Assistance: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat by providing detailed product information and resolving any inquiries or issues.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work in synergy with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
- Work Schedule: Operate within a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Slovenian and at least B2 level in English.
- Education: Completed secondary education or higher with a relevant school-leaving certificate.
- Personal Attributes: Diligent, independent, and resilient, with a strong focus on targets and rapid learning abilities.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience: No previous experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided on site.
