Learning Specialist (Bulgarian-Speaking)

We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Specialist proficient in Bulgarian to enhance our training programs and initiatives. This role requires a blend of teaching prowess, cultural understanding, and a passion for educational excellence. Collaborate with diverse teams to foster a learning environment that is both engaging and effective.
Key Responsibilities in Learning Development
- Create, deliver, and conclude training programs for new hires.
- Develop continuous training sessions for the sales teams based on requirements.
- Conduct scenario and role-play-based sessions for new and current sales customer advisors.
- Observe sales targets and collect feedback for training purposes.
- Coordinate with other sales roles within the project to drive increased delivery.
- Build an annual training program and prepare teaching plans for the sales team.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor the quality of the B2B sales results.
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques, such as objection handling and consultative selling techniques.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect changes in the market and trends.
- Stay informed about client processes, trends, and strategies to recommend program changes where appropriate.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the client or direct managers.
- Take responsibility for personal development.
- Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair-trading, and competition rules, and adhere to health, safety, and security responsibilities.
- Analyze and recognize trends and escalate information as appropriate.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Native or fluent in Bulgarian (C2) and English (C1), both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience in a sales project or 6 months of experience in a sales environment.
- Previous training/coaching experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience in tourism is an advantage.
- Experience as a B2B sales advisor and/or other sales roles.
- Willingness to travel for training purposes.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer suggestions.
- Ability to influence behavior and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Strong coaching skills.
