Join Our Team as a Customer Advisor (Slovenian Speaking)!

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Advisor to join our team and provide outstanding support to our valued customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and address customer needs effectively
- Engage with international travelers and accommodation providers globally
- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
- Resolve inquiries related to services, payments, and technical issues
- Provide accurate information and follow established procedures
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Slovenian at a C2 level, along with advanced English skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC tools such as Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset for handling customer issues
- A positive and motivated attitude for managing challenging situations
- A goal-driven work style and adaptability to evolving priorities and processes
- Familiarity with accommodation platforms
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is an advantage
- Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office (within 100 km of the office)
