We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Experience Specialist fluent in German to join our dynamic team. This role involves enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and improving our client's interaction experience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to B2B customers via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with customers to identify the best solutions to their issues
- Engage in regular brainstorming sessions with your team to enhance customer experience
- Handle troubleshooting, innovation, and change management as part of your daily routine
- Utilize the latest technology and AI tools, becoming an expert in their use
- Manage payment inquiries from sellers and buyers across various platforms
- Take responsibility for improving Trustpilot reviews and increasing overall company NPS through exceptional service
- Escalate and flag customer queries while working on effective solutions
- Analyze and improve business processes to elevate the customer experience and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Native-level German and fluency in English
- Customer service experience and a passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in innovation, such as chatbot integrations
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Creative thinker who can find solutions for customers
- Technical background is a plus
- Highly proficient with computers and quick typing skills
