Customer Support Specialist with Swedish

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries for a payment platform via phone, chat, and email, delivering effective solutions
- Document case resolutions in the contact center system based on customer interactions
- Ensure cases are resolved within their assigned timelines
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate team lead if needed
- Collaborate both independently and within a team environment
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Meet the quality benchmarks for all customer interactions
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and ensure timely start to shifts
- Meet project goals for response time, handling time, and resolution rates in line with KPIs
- Contribute to ad hoc tasks that enhance client service or improve your performance
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
Desired Qualifications
- Upper-Intermediate level of Swedish (B2) and fluency in English (C1), both spoken and written
- Previous experience in outsourced customer service is preferred
- Willing to relocate to Riga or currently residing there
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Latvia
- Proficient typing skills: 50 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Positive, optimistic, and self-driven attitude
- Strong team player with a problem-solving approach
- Flexibility to work shift hours or part-time (where legally permitted) and quickly adapt to changing priorities
- No criminal record, with willingness to undergo a background check during recruitment
