Business Developer (German-Speaking Switzerland)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients in the Swiss market, focusing on B2B sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth, particularly within the SaaS or subscription model space.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for our clients.
- Actively participate in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry best practices, with a focus on the HR domain.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role in the Swiss market (excluding internships and work-study contracts). Experience in SaaS or subscription models is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Swiss German or German is required, along with a strong command of English or French.
- Knowledge of the HR domain is a strong advantage, but we’re happy to provide training.
