Air Travel Consultant (German-speaking)
We are excited to invite applications for an Air Travel Consultant, specialising in serving our German-speaking clientele. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for airline customers via incoming phone calls in German and English.
- Assist customers with various services, including reservations, cancellations, online check-ins, and guidance on terms and policies.
- Record details of interactions in a designated system.
- Deliver prompt and courteous solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring high-speed and quality service to meet performance KPIs.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in German (B2) and English (B2), both verbal and written.
- Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic or already residing there.
- Good computer skills.
- A positive, friendly, and optimistic attitude with stress resilience and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, in a fast-paced environment.
- For remote work, a fast and stable wired internet connection (minimum 16/10 Mbps) and a smartphone are necessary.
Benefits
- Full-time employment with the possibility to switch to part-time after 6 months if KPIs are met.
- Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, with a pattern known 2 weeks in advance and alternating between six 8.5-hour shifts one week and four consecutive shifts the next, including night shifts.
- Relocation support, including accommodation for the first 10 weeks, travel cost reimbursement, and a SIM card.
- Unlimited employment contract with a 3-day probation period.
- 10 days of fully paid training.
