Customer Service Representative with German
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with German language proficiency to join our customer-centric team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming B2C user requests via phone and email.
- Record call details in case management systems and provide timely responses and resolutions to customers.
- Resolve requests or incidents that require advanced technical expertise.
- Address product-specific issues, particularly related to audio equipment and applications.
- Stay updated on applications specific to user needs.
- Ensure service requests are resolved and properly documented in the case management system.
- Keep customers informed on the status and progress of their queries.
- Monitor and follow up on all open requests in the queue.
- Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level when necessary.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in technical support.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Advanced IT knowledge, particularly in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audio/visual products.
- Proficiency in both Windows and Mac environments.
- Strong understanding of customer care and the ability to manage and implement process changes.
