Customer Success Officer with German
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Officer fluent in German to join our customer-focused team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in building relationships and are committed to ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Provide live support to clients across the globe
- Respond to emails, assist with new account openings, update existing accounts, and maintain accurate client records
- Exhibit exceptional telephone etiquette and management skills
- Address and resolve back-office inquiries
- Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and report to management
- Offer support and troubleshoot trading platform issues
- Coordinate with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and account approvals
- Appropriately handle client inquiries, ensuring top-tier service
- Promote company products and services, providing clients with all relevant information
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients
- Contribute to the achievement of team goals and targeted results
Skills and Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in German (oral and written) with fluency in English (minimum B2 level). Additional languages are a plus
- A degree in Business Studies or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a significant advantage
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms is a plus
- Willingness to work rotating shifts: 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, and 12:00-21:00, Monday to Friday
