Cloud Solutions Specialist with Dutch
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist with client-facing experience to drive sales opportunities by leveraging expertise in Modern Workplace, Data and BI, Apps and Infrastructure, and Business Applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure new cloud customers by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers
- Present cloud value propositions that align with customers' business goals and IT strategies
- Provide technical product overviews, offerings, and insights tailored to customer requirements and usage scenarios
- Enhance technical knowledge by delivering creative ideas to help accelerate customer success in the cloud
- Review and validate implementation requirements and pricing calculations to provide accurate cost estimates for new services
- Perform quick technical feasibility assessments and propose solution developments
- Build expertise in cloud offerings and utilize available training resources
- Lead group and individual training sessions on specialized topics
- Consistently meet or exceed team-level targets for new revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate or fluent in English, fluent or native in Dutch
- 3+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development
- Minimum Fundamentals certification required, L200 certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred (preferably in computer science, mathematics, or engineering)
- Background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is a plus
- Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance, particularly in cloud and hybrid solutions, is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and adoption planning
- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solutions, including design, migration, and management
- Passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
- Proven track record of success and goal achievement
- Initiative to independently develop technical expertise
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, linking technology to business outcomes
- Results-driven, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
