Customer Support Agent (Norwegian/Swedish/Danish/Dutch/German)
Job Overview
Our company is seeking a Customer Support Agent proficient in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, or German. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly while representing the company’s values and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Employment type: full-time or part time (minimum 20 hrs a week)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on a payment platform via phone, chat, and email, providing appropriate solutions
- Log case resolutions using the contact center tool based on client interactions
- Ensure cases are resolved within the specified time frame
- Escalate urgent issues to supervisors as needed, following client guidelines
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Adhere to quality standards in all customer interactions
- Follow the assigned work schedule and be punctual
- Meet project-specific targets for response time, resolution time, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Take on additional tasks that contribute to client service or personal KPI improvement
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
Skills and Experience
- Upper-intermediate level of Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch or German (B2) and fluent English (C1), both spoken and written
- Experience in outsourced customer service is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Riga or currently residing there
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia
- Proficient computer skills, with a typing speed of 50 wpm and 90% accuracy
- Positive, motivated, and team-oriented personality with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work shift hours or part-time, and adaptability to changing priorities
- Clean background check and willingness to undergo one during recruitment
