Customer Support Agent with German
Are you fluent in German and enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer service? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Agent. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and chat
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional support
- Address customer complaints, offering solutions within set timeframes
- Diagnose client issues, troubleshoot, and provide resolutions
- Identify when to escalate issues to another department or senior representative
- Work with other specialists to resolve or close support tickets
- Document actions taken, categorize cases, and flag potential bugs for the engineering team
- Complete and update all job-related administrative tasks
Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent in German (both spoken and written), with fluent English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify technical language for non-technical users
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Capable of working independently while also contributing to a team
