This role is ideal for someone passionate about innovative audio-visual solutions and dedicated to ensuring seamless technical operations in various environments.

 Key Responsibilities

• Set up various AV and IT equipment in new studios according to plans or diagrams provided by the Broadcast Engineer.
• Assemble professional video cameras, including components such as lenses, on-board monitors, and power systems.
• Install and connect studio cameras to server room equipment using SDI cables.
• Ensure that digital video signals from cameras reach devices like video switchers, capture systems, and monitors correctly.
• Run low-voltage cables for video, audio, and network systems throughout the studio, including connections for server racks, cameras, and NVR/DVR setups.
• Handle SDI, XLR, and Ethernet cabling, including tipping, crimping, and testing during installations.
• Set up studio lighting fixtures and modifiers based on the provided lighting design.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment and systems.
• Minimize downtime by quickly identifying and applying alternative solutions in case of equipment failures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in both Serbian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in assembling, disassembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware.
• Familiarity with basic testing tools like multimeters and knowledge of AC/DC circuitry is preferred.
• Experience in soldering and installing components on printed circuit boards based on specifications.
• Basic skills in installing operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Ability to set up and configure computer peripherals like monitors and scanners.
• A basic understanding of television control room operations.
• Eagerness to learn new technical skills.
• Basic knowledge of video camera operations.
• Familiarity with sound equipment, including microphones and audio mixers.
• Understanding of photography concepts such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and exposure, along with knowledge of camera lenses, is a plus.
