Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Audit Associate professional. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the integrity and efficiency of our financial and operational auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage less complex audit engagements from start to finish, including planning, fieldwork, and drafting financial statements.
• Coordinate with audit team members and update supervisors, managers, and partners on engagement progress.
• Build strong relationships with clients through responsive communication and professional service delivery.
• Guide junior staff, ensuring quality control, meeting deadlines, and managing tasks.
• Conduct research on audit topics and present findings during internal Continuing Professional Education (CPE) sessions.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 2–4 years of recent audit experience at a CPA firm.
• CPA license preferred; candidates actively pursuing CPA licensure or a 5th-year/Master’s degree are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrates initiative, commitment to quality, and eagerness for continuous learning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Governmental audit experience is a plus, though not required.
