Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and update the patient's plan of care to achieve goals and optimize outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as required.
- Maintain currency in essential competencies.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting autonomy, dignity, and the values of patients.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Facilitate both formal and informal learning opportunities.
- Ensure patient safety, correct problems, and integrate evidence-based practices.
- Prioritize safety across patient, self, and environment for optimal outcomes.
- Engage in continuous professional growth.
- Practice within the parameters of the Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
- Promote a culture of inquiry and evidence-based practice.
- Lead and coordinate care teams, delegate appropriately, and collaborate with others.
- Model professional behaviors in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience in the Operating Room (OR).
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in the area of specialty preferred upon hire.

- Base Salary: USD $170,000.00
