Recruitment Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Recruitment Team Leader. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of recruitment specialists, driving the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters by setting goals and providing ongoing feedback
- Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring prompt and high-quality candidate selection and hiring
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and adapt strategies to meet them
- Use data insights to monitor and improve recruitment performance metrics and processes
- Oversee and refine sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and regional labor laws
- Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent in the market
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address both immediate and future staffing needs
- Share recruitment metrics and trends with senior leadership regularly
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Solid understanding of recruitment practices, especially within the BPO industry
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
