Customer Support Agent with Arabic

Main Responsibilities
- Manage company communication channels, including chats, emails, and calls
- Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Respond to inquiries from new leads and clients via phone, chat, email, and portal
- Provide timely support to leads and clients within established response times
- Update CRM systems to maintain accurate records of communications and actions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries requiring further investigation
- Follow up with clients and arrange callbacks to enhance satisfaction and results
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Adhere to established processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support
- Background in Forex or Financial Markets is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English (minimum B2 level), spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong phone skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
