Customer Support Agent with German

Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional support.

- Diagnose client issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.
- Recognize when issues require escalation to other departments or senior representatives.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve or close help tickets effectively.
- Document actions taken, categorize cases, and identify potential bugs for the engineering team.
- Maintain and update all relevant administrative forms related to the role.
Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Resourceful, resilient, and able to stay composed in all situations.
- Strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Capable of working independently, while also being an effective team player.
