Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of quality that our products and services are known for. You will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet both internal and external requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate user-generated content, such as text, images, videos, and audio, following established guidelines and policies.
• Perform in-depth content reviews to identify breaches of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements.
• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance performance and ensure consistency in content assessment.
• Establish and uphold quality assurance processes, maintaining documentation to monitor and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with departments like Operations, Training, and Product Development to optimize moderation procedures and tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates relevant to content moderation, recommending policy adjustments as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (C1 level) with strong grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in content moderation or quality assurance, ideally within a BPO or tech company setting.
• Solid understanding of online community guidelines, legal standards, and content moderation regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of content.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate across teams.
• Skilled in using moderation tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace; experience with AI-based moderation tools is a plus.
