Position Overview
We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist who will be responsible for driving sales growth in Spanish or Italian-speaking markets. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in building strong client relationships and delivering tailored sales solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and presentations, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Provide empathetic support to customers, assisting with app usage and navigation.
- Address inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and analyze feedback to identify trends.
- Manage client accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Promote new products by offering tailored, consultative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to strategic initiatives with leadership.
- Participate in training programs and adhere to established service standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent Italian or Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written skills; proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.
- At least 6 months of experience in sales (preferably B2B) or customer service.
- Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Apps.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and troubleshooting systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sales tracking tools and adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Team-oriented mindset, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn and grow.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
