BDM / Senior Account Manager
Role Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the CMO, you will lead business development for a fast-growing fintech specializing in corporate finance and accounting solutions. With rapid success and a strong B2B client base, the company is poised for further growth.
As a motivated professional with a proven track record and industry network, you will play a key role in client acquisition and management, driving the company’s expansion within a small, dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients, primarily accounting firms, investment banks, and corporate finance consultants.
- Negotiate and establish partnerships with accounting software providers.
- Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s commercial strategy and identify new market opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics, propose adjustments, and exceed growth objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate finance (e.g., M&A, Transaction Services, Audit, Valuation, or Financing).
- Demonstrated success in business development, particularly with accounting firms, ideally for a software provider.
- Strong network or experience with accounting experts and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Results-oriented mindset, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Impeccable professional ethics and a team-oriented approach.
