Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Media Designer and Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. This role requires a versatile individual who is proficient in both media design and marketing strategy to craft engaging visual content that elevates our brand presence and drives marketing success. Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop visuals for various communication media such as emails, banners, flyers, brochures, promotional materials, and trade shows.
• Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and development of the company’s website.
• Blog Management: Regularly update and manage the company blog.
• Content Production: Create and edit photo and video content or coordinate with external agencies.
• Social Media: Support the management and growth of the company's social media channels.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Degree or completed training in media or communication design, or equivalent qualifications.
• A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
• Media Expertise: Strong understanding and enthusiasm for print, digital, and social media.
• Soft Skills: Team-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German (minimum C1) and proficiency in English (minimum B1), both written and spoken.
