We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse - Operating Room to join our surgical team. Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a surgical setting.
• Coordinate and ensure continuity of care throughout all phases of surgery.
• Act as a resource for staff and facilitate problem-solving within the OR.
• Participate in and lead Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Support staff education and compliance with hospital policies and OR protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal surgical care.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on surgical or operating room care.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and OR protocols.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support subordinate staff.
• Experience with Quality Improvement processes and initiatives.
• (Preferred) Experience in a multi-suite OR environment and advanced certifications like CNOR.
