Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on a payment platform via phone, chat, and email, ensuring effective resolutions.
- Document case resolutions using the contact center tools.
- Adhere to established timelines for resolving cases and escalate priority issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet quality standards for all interactions.
- Maintain schedule adherence and ensure timely attendance for work shifts.
- Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and handle time.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with ad hoc tasks to enhance client service.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on tools and processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swedish (B2) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service (especially in outsourcing) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Riga or already based in Latvia.
- EU citizenship or a valid Latvian work permit.
- Competent in typing (minimum 50 wpm at 90% accuracy).
- Positive, service-oriented, and team-focused personality.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability to work shifts, including part-time or late hours as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check process.
