As a Trainee Recruiter, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your recruitment career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and preparing candidates for open positions, while growing your own desk and shadowing senior consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions.
• Build and manage your own desk, developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Prepare candidate CVs for submission to clients, ensuring they meet job requirements.
• Arrange interviews for senior consultants and assist with interview scheduling.
• Contact potential clients via phone or email to build relationships and secure new business.
• Learn from senior consultants by shadowing their daily activities and gaining insights into the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native/fluent in either French, Italian, German, Slovak, Danish, Dutch, Swedish or Czech (C1), both written and oral, and fluent in English (B2).
• An academic or professional degree in HR or a related field will be an advantage.
• Strong communicator with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to nurture and grow relationships.
• Ability to work within tight timescales and meet deadlines.
• “Can-do” attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software.
• Willingness and ability to travel in line with business needs.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eligible to live and work in the Czech Republic.
