As an IT Specialist, you will be a crucial component in maintaining and enhancing our company’s digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor streaming equipment using specialized tools to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Handle IT support requests for critical systems such as Dealer Modules, Encoders, Access Points, and Switches.
• Collaborate with the development team to test new applications and coordinate with audio-visual, security, and IT teams to ensure seamless network operations.
• Maintain operational encoders and media servers to enable smooth live broadcasting, swiftly addressing any issues.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations and Shift Managers to resolve technical issues efficiently, including replacing faulty equipment.
• Manage workstation configurations, user access, and internal procedures, ensuring IT incidents are resolved within SLA timelines to avoid service interruptions.
• Oversee IT inventory, perform audits, and liaise with suppliers to address IT concerns with minimal disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least three years of experience providing hardware and software support in a technical setting.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Windows/Linux systems and managing Active Directory.
• Extensive experience in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi networks and network management for reliable connectivity.
• A team player with excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
