Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Training Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development and implementation of comprehensive training programmes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of trainers, ensuring their activities are well-coordinated and performance goals are met.
• Collaborate with the Head of QC & Training to align training initiatives with organizational strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, striving to exceed training execution standards.
• Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture that promotes teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new Game Presenters and Shufflers, as well as refresher courses to enhance employee performance.
• Act as a mentor and role model, guiding staff on table game procedures and controls while upholding exceptional service standards.
• Apply effective coaching techniques to support staff development, providing ongoing guidance to encourage professional growth.
• Continuously improve training materials and program structures to meet evolving organizational needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in English (C1 level), with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams of 20+ people, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• A natural leader who can inspire and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
• Assertive and proactive, capable of independently managing projects or working collaboratively to ensure successful outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to set and implement long-term objectives in line with company priorities.
• Confident decision-maker and problem-solver, particularly in complex scenarios.
• Balanced approach between being process-driven and people-oriented, committed to following best practices while advocating for improvements.
• Proven ability to create a positive work environment and support team member development.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve team and organizational performance.
• Previous experience managing a training department or familiarity with the gaming industry is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for task management and documentation.
