Overview:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Proven experience in managing teams, ideally in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle pressure and adapt to flexible schedules, including travel and overtime.
• Self-motivated, quick to learn, and skilled in communication, coordination, and team leadership.
• Commitment to upholding and practicing corporate values in daily operations.
• Willingness to participate in a 2-3 month training program in Shanghai. The organization will cover all expenses, and regular wages will be paid during this period.
