Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to potential clients through multiple channels, such as email campaigns, cold calls, and social media outreach.
- Conduct research and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Drive business expansion by effectively communicating the value of the company’s solutions and successfully closing sales.
- Manage and prioritize opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate progress tracking.
- Develop and execute strategic sales tactics to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Identify opportunities for upselling to increase product usage and strengthen client relationships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Promote the company’s products and services, generating interest and awareness among potential customers.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 12 months of experience in outbound sales, preferably within the SaaS or IT services industry.
- Prior experience with software vendors, SaaS, or system integrators is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in prospecting, discovery, and delivering presentations.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A team player with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Technologically adept, with a keen interest in innovative technology solutions.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and decisive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
