We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Network Engineer to join our team and play a key role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our organization's network infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including network devices like firewalls, routers, switches, servers, and storage systems.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network components such as VLANs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), NAT, and VPNs.
• Ensure reliable and high-performance services, including DHCP, DNS, and load balancing.
• Maintain network stability by optimizing routing, switching, and wireless network performance.
• Monitor and enhance network performance, addressing any bottlenecks to ensure continuous reliability.
• Plan and optimize network capacity for future scalability and growth.
• Manage backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and failover procedures to ensure data protection and availability.
• Oversee storage solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Regularly maintain and troubleshoot servers, including system updates, package management, and kernel improvements.
• Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the IT infrastructure.
• Manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPN access controls.
• Conduct routine security risk assessments and enforce security policies to comply with industry standards.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and support staff.
• Ensure continuous IT system availability by managing an on-call rotation and escalation process.
• Respond swiftly to critical infrastructure incidents.
• Foster a proactive team culture focused on monitoring, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with the organization's goals.
• Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for infrastructure-related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (C1 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
• Certifications such as Azure Administration, ITIL Foundation, and/or CISSP would be advantageous.
• Extensive hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and server management.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), NAT, VLANs, and network security best practices.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
• Proficiency with Linux systems, particularly Ubuntu.
• Experience managing a 24/7 IT support environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
