Pre-Sales Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a technically adept and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Engineer. In this critical role, you will work closely with the sales and product teams to deliver technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our product offerings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical training and support to distributors for photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage inverters.
- Assist the sales team in preparing and presenting tailored technical solutions to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address technical inquiries and ensure product satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product developments and advancements to improve training materials and client support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the photovoltaic inverter industry, with a focus on pre-sales or technical support.
- Proficiency in German for business-level communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
