Solution Consultant - Logistics Technology Implementation
We are looking for a Solution Consultant to implement technological solutions within the logistics sector for new clients in Mexico. The role involves working closely with senior architects, leading the design and implementation of logistics software solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery. During the first 6-9 months, the focus will be on on-the-job training to familiarize yourself with the application/software alongside senior consultants and architects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects during the design phase of medium and high-complexity implementation projects.
- Lead the design phase for low-complexity solution projects.
- Oversee a team of consultants through the construction, preparation for production, Go Live, and stabilization stages, including planning, coordinating, and supervising tasks related to configuration, training, and testing.
- Train and develop the team of consultants under your responsibility.
- Work closely with Project Managers in project governance (progress tracking, change management, issue resolution, etc.).
- Contribute to the improvement of methodologies, processes, and project management tools.
- Focus on learning the software/application through on-the-job training, working with experienced consultants and architects during the first 6-9 months.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or, exceptionally, in business-related fields like Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with technical knowledge.
- Minimum experience in the implementation of management software (TMS, WMS, ERP) in IT solutions for logistics and operations in medium or small companies:
- Semi-Senior Consultant: 4-5 years
- Senior Consultant: 6 years
- For Senior Consultants, at least 2 years of experience leading teams in software implementation projects (TMS, WMS, ERP).

Desired Skills:
- Experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Transportation & Distribution processes (company-side) and consulting projects (consulting-side).
- Experience with regional projects.
- Software development experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.

- Full-time position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
