Solution Consultant - Logistics Implementation
We are seeking a Solution Consultant to implement technological solutions for new clients in the logistics sector. This role will involve collaborating with senior architects, leading solution design for low-complexity projects, and overseeing the implementation process. During the first 6-9 months, the focus will be on on-the-job training to learn the software, working alongside senior consultants and architects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects during the design phase of medium and high-complexity projects.
- Lead solution design for lower-complexity projects.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the consultant team during the construction, production preparation, Go Live, and stabilization phases. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing tasks such as configuration, training, and testing.
- Participate in the training and development of the consultants under your responsibility.
- Support Project Managers in project management, including progress tracking, change management, and problem-solving.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or, exceptionally, in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with technical training.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in the implementation of TMS (Transport Management System) software, preferably in medium or small logistics and transportation companies.
- Previous experience in projects related to logistics and operations.

- Experience in Supply Chain management, particularly in Transportation and Distribution processes (internal roles within companies).
- Experience leading logistics consulting projects focused on Transportation and Distribution.
- Experience in regional projects.
- Software development knowledge.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
