Business Development Manager - Sea Freight
As a BDM, you will focus on driving business expansion by designing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and vendors, and working collaboratively with other sales teams within Poland and across our European locations.
In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and work towards achieving revenue and profitability goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s growth and revenue targets.
- Actively identify, target, and secure new clients in sectors requiring freight forwarding solutions.
- Promote the company’s complete portfolio of logistics services.
- Create customized freight solutions tailored to client needs and challenges.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of freight services.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Experience working in multinational companies (preferred).
- A proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
- The ability to collaborate internally with sales teams across cold storage and road transport operations.
- Demonstrated success in sales operations and business development within sea freight forwarding.
- In-depth knowledge of the sea freight industry and its role in supply chains.
- Proficiency in tools such as Business Intelligence (BI), ERP, and CRM systems.
- The ability to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
