Duties and Responsibilities

• Investigate and validate reported incidents, ensuring timely resolutions while preparing reports for potential disciplinary measures or staff assessments.
• Conduct thorough analyses of systems and equipment to detect any deviations from standards, safeguarding gameplay integrity.
• Operate and oversee security and surveillance systems, ensuring a high standard of security through consistent monitoring.
• Perform detailed testing of software systems to identify bugs or defects, collaborating with QA teams to optimize system performance.
• Maintain comprehensive reports and logs, documenting activities, incidents, and testing outcomes for accurate recordkeeping.
• Monitor both physical locations and online platforms to detect and report suspicious activities promptly, ensuring seamless security system operations.
• Regularly evaluate and verify the performance of surveillance systems, providing actionable recommendations for system enhancements.

Requirements

• Native or advanced proficiency in Serbian (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian and English.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or surveillance operator role, preferably within the iGaming or live products sector.
• Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining surveillance software, video monitoring systems, and other security equipment.
• Exceptional analytical skills for identifying irregularities and suspicious activities in roulette wheels and online gaming environments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including 8-hour rotations and weekends, based on operational requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for reporting, communication, and documentation.
• Experience with the technical calibration and analysis of roulette wheels to ensure precise gaming operations.
• Familiarity with advanced surveillance tools and technologies to ensure optimal system functionality.
