Customer Support Agent with German
Position Overview
We are seeking a committed and motivated Customer Support Agent proficient in either German to join our dynamic support team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The role demands fluent language skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient support.
- Address customer complaints, provide timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Diagnose client issues, troubleshoot, and offer effective solutions.
- Escalate cases to the appropriate department or senior representatives when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other specialists to resolve or close support tickets.
- Document actions taken, categorize cases, and report potential bugs to the engineering team.
- Maintain and update all relevant administrative records.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Previous experience in a similar customer support role is required.
- Preferably experienced in chat support with strong typing skills and the ability to use multiple tools in a contact center environment.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
- A resourceful, adaptable, and stress-resilient personality capable of handling challenging situations.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong independent work ethic while also being a collaborative team player.
