Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer with Spanish language skills to join our creative team. This position requires an individual who can enhance our brand through captivating motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic flair, technical expertise in motion design tools, and proficiency in Spanish to accommodate our international client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently produce high-quality motion design projects.
• Determine the optimal layout and placement of text and visual elements.
• Develop creative assets based on project briefs and requirements.
• Review and refine final designs, making necessary adjustments.
• Work closely with the design team to maintain consistency with company standards.
• Follow creative guidelines to ensure brand alignment.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in designing and producing both print and digital materials, such as banners, brochures, and social media content.
• Expertise in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering motion design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles to enhance visual storytelling.
• Highly creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and a strong team player.
