About the Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and proactive professional to join our team as a System Administrator. This crucial position involves managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to cases as part of a dedicated 24/7 team, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor streaming equipment through graphics and system logs to maintain optimal performance.
• Ensure all encoders and DM systems function properly across all tables.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues, replacing defective components as needed.
• Maintain communication with ISP providers to address any internet connection disruptions.
• Keep updated records of workstations, including user access, configurations, and allocated folder permissions.
• Address and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring compliance with SLA requirements.
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to safeguard critical information.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven, with a proactive mindset.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Linux (Ubuntu) at a working level.
  • Windows Domain Infrastructure – Active Directory, Hybrid AD, Policy Management, DNS, DHCP.
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware).
  • Basic scripting in PowerShell and/or BASH.
  • LAN/WAN Networking – switching, routing, VPNs, VLANs, WiFi (Cisco, Ubiquiti).
  • Server hardware and storage management.
