This critical role involves driving our marketing initiatives across Spanish-speaking regions, enhancing our brand visibility, and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have a passion for creative advertising and strategy development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts while maintaining a cohesive and high-quality brand image.
• Increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• Leverage strong writing and creative skills for content development.
• Design and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for products and services.
• Oversee marketing and sales materials.
• Ensure brand visibility and awareness across key channels.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor affiliate sites and marketing activities to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in creating both print and digital marketing materials (e.g., banners, brochures, social media content).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Genuine interest or passion for the industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in negotiation and analytical thinking to assess performance and optimize strategies.
• Knowledge and experience in streaming and affiliate marketing.
