Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing camp operations, logistics, external communications, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage public relations, and maintain high standards for safety and environmental management. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily camp operations, including managing service staff, catering, and logistics contracts
• Supervise facility maintenance, repair, and expansion to ensure comfortable living and working conditions
• Ensure meal supply and hospitality services for personnel and company events
• Manage external communications, media relations, and corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Handle company correspondence, including translation, review, and archiving of official documents
• Coordinate invitation letters and visa processing for international personnel
• Oversee communication and document exchanges with external organizations and stakeholders
• Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of office spaces, dormitories, and outdoor areas
• Ensure hygiene, landscaping, and safety standards are maintained across all facilities
• Organize airport transfers, relocation services, and medical examinations for staff

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Native Chinese and fluency in English as a working language
• Extensive experience in logistics, administrative management, or related fields
• Strong background in general management, facility operations, document control, translation, and policy implementation
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies and external partners
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
