Community Manager with Spanish
Job Description
We are searching for a proactive and bilingual Community Manager fluent in Spanish to join our thriving team. This role is pivotal in fostering an engaged online community and managing our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community building and have a deep understanding of online interaction strategies to cultivate our community and enhance brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance brand presence on social media by collaborating with the content team and ensuring accurate brand representation by media partners.
- Track and evaluate community engagement, campaign effectiveness, and growth metrics.
- Interact with the community by answering inquiries, facilitating discussions, and fostering an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and implement strategies for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and messaging apps.
- Organize and oversee social media calendars across various teams.
- Identify trending topics, relevant discussions, and engagement opportunities aligned with the brand’s audience.
- Work closely with the growth, product, and analytics teams to synchronize community goals with both on-platform and off-platform campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Native or fluent in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English (B1), with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven experience in social media marketing or community management, specifically in the Casino/iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
- Skilled in content creation and tailoring messages for different platforms.
- Residency in Colombia is required.
